Die Fassade des INHolland in Delft ist ein gutes Beispiel daf\u00fcr. F\u00fcr dieses einzigartige Projekt produzierte und lieferte Prince Fibre vor 10 Jahren die Aramid-Hohlraumkabel, Hohlraumlamellen und die Kohlefaserauskleidung. Wir sprachen mit dem Ingenieur Jordy van Nimwegen, der im letzten Jahrzehnt mit Stolz an diesem einzigartigen Projekt gearbeitet hat. Dennoch ist diese Fassade, die in Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Hersteller Octatube entstanden ist, eine sch\u00f6ne und innovative L\u00f6sung im Bereich der Vorhangfassaden. Das Ergebnis war eine innovative, sehr schlanke und leistungsstarke Fassade, wie sie die Welt noch nie gesehen hatte![\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=“Optimal gesch\u00fctzt gegen horizontale Windlasten“ use_theme_fonts=“yes“][vc_column_text]Ein gl\u00e4serner Hohlraum mit Verbundkabeln – eine L\u00f6sung, die ihrer Zeit vor 10 Jahren voraus war. Wie wurde diese 30 Meter hohe Fassade so entwickelt, dass sie den Windlasten optimal standh\u00e4lt? Die St\u00fctzwirkung ist so ausgelegt, dass sich die vertikalen Kabel im Hohlraumglas wie ein Segel verhalten. Das bedeutet, dass sich die Fassade bei horizontalen Windlasten um bis zu 30 Zentimeter hin und her bewegen kann. Die in das Glas eingebetteten Kabel sind aus Aramid gefertigt. Die Auskleidung im Glas und in den Hohlraumlamellen besteht aus Kohlenstoff. Dies ist eine ganz besondere L\u00f6sung, um eine extrem schlanke Fassade zu erreichen.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=“Schlankste Glas-Verbund-Fassade der Welt“ use_theme_fonts=“yes“][vc_column_text]Die Ideen f\u00fcr die Fassade stammen urspr\u00fcnglich aus dem Composites-Labor der INHolland University of Applied Sciences. Das Besondere an der Fassade ist, dass das Haupttragwerk optisch kaum sichtbar ist. Die Glas-Verbund-Fassade ist dank unserer Verbundrohre, die in den Hohlraum der Isolierfenster eingesetzt werden, auf beiden Seiten v\u00f6llig eben. Die Dicke der Glaspaneele betr\u00e4gt 54 Millimeter, was die INHolland-Fassade zur schlanksten Glas-Verbundfassade der Welt macht. <\/p>\n

Der Eingang von INHolland besteht aus drei Fassaden, von denen eine tats\u00e4chlich auf diese Weise realisiert wurde. Es handelt sich um ein hochinnovatives und experimentelles Projekt, das von der Hochschule auch in Lehre und Forschung eingesetzt wird.
