Carbon, also known as carbon fiber, is an exceptionally strong and lightweight material that is finding increasing applications in a variety of industries. Carbon’s unique properties, such as its high tensile strength, low density and excellent fatigue resistance, make it an ideal material for use in advanced technologies and high-performance products. Whether in aerospace, automotive, sporting goods or industrial applications, carbon offers unmatched performance and durability. At Prince Fibre, we specialize in producing custom carbon profiles that fully meet our customers’ specific requirements.

The unique properties of carbon
Strength and rigidity
Carbon fibers are reinforced with polymers such as epoxy resin to form carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRP). This results in light, stiff and strong materials.
Carbon profiles have an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. They are known for their performance under load and have high tensile strength. One of the main advantages of carbon profiles is their low weight compared to traditional materials such as steel. This makes the profiles ideal for applications where weight reduction is essential, such as aerospace, automotive and sports equipment.
Carbon fiber is also resistant to corrosion, making it a durable material, especially in environments with aggressive chemicals or exposure to weather conditions.
Custom profiles
At Prince Fibre, we offer customized carbon profiles that fully meet the specific needs of our customers. Whether it’s unique shapes, special fibers or custom resins, the possibilities are endless. To discover with the client what is needed in terms of shape, recipe of resin and fibers, and possible finishes, we go through the desires, applications and possibilities of carbon with you, the client. This is how we discover together the added value of composite for your product. See which custom profiles we have already produced.
Own production facility
The production process of carbon
At Prince Fibre, we produce everything in-house. Our production process is based on pultrusion technology, with which we make hundreds of kilometers of profiles per year. The pultrusion process begins with bundles of fibers of fiberglass or carbon, hanging on bobbins at the beginning of the production line. These fibers are unrolled and wetted with resin. The fibers and resin are then pulled through a die by a puller, or pulling station, at the end of the production line. In the mold, the fibers and resin fuse together to form a sturdy and durable composite.
Discover the possibilities
At Prince Fibre, we are proud of our long history of producing high-quality composite profiles. By keeping our production in our own facilities, we can guarantee the quality of our products and respond quickly to our customers’ demands. Thanks to our international partner network, customers around the world can count on reliable, high-quality delivery. With over 30 years of experience in developing and manufacturing carbon profiles, we are able to provide both standard and customized products that meet the highest quality standards.
