As a company, Vlint is committed to a clean environment. As a supplier of several filters for air and liquid substances, Vlint requires a lot of machine cutting of textiles. An alternative was needed to the heavy steel tube used to unroll the textile, as the roller was very heavy for employees to lift. Prince Fibre provides an extraordinary carbon tube, which greatly reduces weight and allows workers to perform their work with ease without back pain.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Innovative carbon tube&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>Saving weight and still strong<\/strong><br \/>\nRecently, Vlint came to ask if Prince Fibre could supply a carbon tube for a machine that was already in use. The carbon tube had to be light enough to be lifted by workers and powerful enough to support the heavy textiles unrolled by the machine. That was a real issue for a Prince Fibre product! We delivered the lightweight, strong carbon tube, and after a few modifications, the product was gratefully put into use by Vlint employees. The tube saves weight and thus the energetic standard of lifting is no longer exceeded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Old familiar<\/strong><br \/>\nOur lightweight carbon tube of 60 x 55 millimeters and 2.5 millimeters wall thickness is applied as an alternative to the steel tubes previously used daily by Vlint. That Vlint ended up at Prince Fibre was no accident. The general manager was already familiar with Wim Groothuis. Thanks to this relationship, Vlint was already familiar with Prince Fibre&#8217;s quality and performance, and even after delivery and use, the cooperation from both sides is considered very positive.
